I have supported my clients to connect to their inner strength and find their own way towards living a more content, fulfilling and self-accepting life.
I have trained in a variety of approaches, including Person-Centred, Existentialism, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic and The Egan process. When working with clients I adopt the most appropriate approach for each individuals needs.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP https://www.bacp.co.uk) and I adhere to the BACP’s professional code of ethics.
